About the Phoenix Project

Chris Cilento
Sergeant, US Army
Founder

The Phoenix Project was founded on a simple belief: veterans deserve spaces where creativity, community, and healing come together.

Created by a combat veteran and artist, the Phoenix Project recognizes the transformative power of artistic expression. Our programs are designed to foster resilience, inclusivity, and meaningful connection. We welcome all veterans, regardless of discharge status, and are committed to building a community where no one has to navigate their journey alone.

At the heart of the Phoenix Project is renewal -- the courage to rise, create, and move forward together.
